I’ve been coming to the practice since 1996. I started with Dr. Livick and then with Dr. Stevens. I was so well taken care of and when Dr. Stevens passed, I was certain that my dental experiences would never be the same. How lucky am I to have Dr. Edwards care for my dental needs now? She and her team are just THE BEST! Is it weird to say that I like coming to the dentist?? I feel cared for and listened to. That is so important these days as so many of today’s medical experiences are impersonal. I have had some recent crown work and the teeth are beautiful and feel great. I also appreciate the new website and all that comes with it.

I have severe dental anxiety and this was my first time going to the dentist in over two years. Skyla was absolutely wonderful. She put me at ease, made me laugh, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Their office is small and cozy, you will not feel overwhelmed here.

Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office! Dr. Edwards is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve been to many dentists over the years, and I have never had such a thorough examination. Dr. Edwards and her staff explain everything that they are doing really well and put you at ease. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Edwards and all of the staff here are fantastic. I called Dr. Edwards as a new patient when I was having horrible wisdom tooth pain and couldn’t reach my dentist at the time. They saw me almost immediately (I think even that same day) and referred me to a surgeon to get the teeth taken out ASAP. I have since been back for a cleaning and some work on a veneer. My teeth look and feel great, but mostly I’m so happy with how much they care and take the time to talk to you and answer questions. Very glad I found them!

Today was my first visit to meet Dr. Edwards and her excellent staff. Tira, the hygienist, helped me to feel very comfortable as she explained everything she was going to do. She was efficient and knowledgeable with a gentle and kind spirit. I left more relaxed than when I arrived! All of the staff are very professional and pleasant. I love these people. They’re very personable and friendly as well as professional. The care I receive from them is nothing short of stellar and I trust them implicitly. Today was my first appointment with this practice. I came to West Richmond Family Dentistry after my former dentist retired and I was so pleased. The staff was pleasant, efficient and welcoming. Even got a goody bag when I left. The location is great and the parking is so easy. Definitely pleased with my first experience with these folks!! No extraneous fees or procedures to jack up your bills – just good old-fashion dental care.

Dr. Edwards and her assistant made me feel so comfortable. I am a patient that has a lot of anxiety when it comes to seeing all doctors due to bad experience in the past. I moved to Richmond a few years ago and neglected my dental health. I finally made an appointment with Dr. Edwards and told her about my anxiety. She made me feel very comfortable and talked me through each step before doing it which was fantastic for me. She did a great job cleaning my neglected teeth and didn’t make me feel bad for waiting so long either. My teeth STILL feel clean weeks later, and I am actually looking forward to my next check-up. Her assistant was fantastic as well. I highly recommend this practice!!

I highly recommend this practice, and specifically Dr. Edwards and her assistant who work together like a well-oiled machine. Setting a tone of professionalism, skill, and good humor, they set my son and me at ease while they extracted 5 (!) teeth from him, but only after carefully evaluating the situation and considering a plan. I arrived as an out of towner, with little notice, and in need of reassurance, a second opinion, and action. Dr. Edwards far exceeded expectations and I recommend her thoroughly. I’d make her my routine doctor in a second if I lived in town. The office staff here is also excellent.

I’ve been coming for 20 years and this is the only dentist family my children know. They make the experience fun and inclusive. They feel like friends and family to us!

I have been with WRFD for over twenty years and visit twice per year. The office is small and tidy. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Livick friendly with a good sense of humor. Wait times from arrival are less than ten minutes. What more can you ask for than efficient appointment planning, a great staff, a convenient location near Willow Lawn, and a friendly and professional doc?

I had a bridge installed and Dr. Edwards and Skyler thoroughly explained the process and now I have the best fitting teeth I’ve ever experienced.
